Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after purchase.

• Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time; any delays will be communicated by email.

• Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Free shipping for product orders over $50. Shipping charge is calculated at checkout for product orders under $50.

• Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment within the U.S.

• Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

• Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

 

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and shipping speed selected.

 

Domestic Shipping Only (U.S.)

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

 

Order Issues & Lost Packages

• If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at mariasisllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• In cases of lost or damaged packages, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
