At Maria’s Intuitive Sanctuary, LLC, every item is created or selected with intention, care, and spiritual purpose. Due to the energetic nature and handmade quality of many of our products, we maintain a clear and respectful policy on returns and exchanges.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges on products including, but not limited to:

• Crystal-infused candles

• Meditation or ritual kits

• Healing sachets

• Chakra or energy tools

• Custom spiritual products

This ensures the energetic integrity and safety of the items we provide.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item(s) and packaging

• A description of the issue

We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, issue a replacement or store credit.

Wrong or Missing Item

If you received the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please reach out immediately and we will make it right.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot cancel or refund the order as it may already be in progress or shipped.
